Description
Beautiful Italian RSI Era (Sept 43 until the end of the war) Italian RSI Badge for Italian Troops Trained In Germany. This piece is made of zamac, a sort of fine-zinc that the Italians used at that time and has the correct measurements and weight. After Italy surrendered in September of 1943 some troops remained loyal to Mussolini and a new government was formed in the north of Italy known as the RSI and troops under this regime which was to last until the end of the war were sent to Germany to receive military training. This badge was issued to those who received that training. Beautiful and Rare.
