Shipping policy

Handling time for all orders is 3 days.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and insurance.

In case the package gets lost or cant be tracked, please allow 14 days for us to open a claim with a shipping carrier. 

If the item shows as "delivered", but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as we have the matter resolved.

International buyers are responsible for all the customs fees which may be associated with the shipment.
