Wartime Double-Signed and Presented Photo of Knight’s Cross Holder, General of Infantry Erich-Heinrich Cloßner. This photo measures 18 by 23.5cm (7 by 9 1.4 inches) and is signed on the front and signed and presented on the back to a subordinate in January of 1942. General Cloßner was highly decorated both in WW1 and WW2 being the 80th person to be presented with the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross in 1940 as the Commander of the 25th Infantry Division in the Battle of France. He was also involved in the Annexation of Austria, The Annexation of the Sudetenland, Operation Barbarossa, The Battle of Kiev and the Battle of Moscow. This piece has been neatly displayed in its own folio with some pages printed out from the internet on the General’s Awards and Commands.
