A mint Panzergrenadier Division Großdeutschland commemorative table medal; in heavily silvered bronze; with “Die Heimat Dankt Den Tapferen Soldaten” (The Homeland Thanks The Brave Soldiers) and an outline of an Iron Cross 1939 First Class on the reverse; maker marked “Deschler München”; with a lightly milled edge; measuring 65.12 mm in diameter; mint condition with very light contact marks and attractive white oxidized effect on the silver, likely a piece that was part of the Deschler hoard.
