Panzer Collar Tab Panzer Wrapper Removed. Nice piece that was removed from a wrapper. The skull is non-magnetic but the pins are magnetic. The piece does not have the piping present as it was lost to time or never applied. There are clear stitches present showing how it was attached. The skull is possibly mispositioned on the tab but the vet may have stuck it back into the tab like this after removing it from the wrapper and left it as it came rather than sanitizing it. A great item for the purist. LH11533
