German Red Cross Sister’s Broach – Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Schwesternhelferin Abzeichen. Silver over tombac with multi-coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of a central white enameled disc, overlaid by a red enamel cross, within a ring of black enamel bearing a silvered inscription of “DEUTSCHES ROTES KREUZ SCHWESTERNHELFERIN”, measuring 35 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
